I can’t say enough good things about my vehicle rental experience at the Ellisville location. The SUV we rented was excellent, but the customer service is what make our experience exceptional. Derek went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our rental. I wish more places would have customer service standards like this Enterprise location. It was a breath of fresh air to be treated with respect, courtesy and kindness during a time in which many customer service focused businesses make patrons feel like a burden. Thank you again and we will definitely be renting from this location in the future.

I just recently rented a vehicle from them. Everyone I came into contact with was extremely pleasant and helpful! The vehicle was clean and they were overall very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Our regular was out of car so we had drive 40 miles to the next office When we arrived the office had closed early but with several call we were able to get a car Good staff just short on cars
