(July 31, 2021, 12:43 pm)I’m on vacation visiting my sister and she took me to cycle bar… I do not like nor enjoy cardio but this was an incredible experience. Emily the instructor was patient and very uplifting during class. All the ladies there were nice. Love the music and lights! If you take these classes be prepared to sweat and have a great time!

(November 14, 2020, 11:25 am)I really enjoy my rides at CycleBar Trinity. Lisa R. is an exceptional fitness instructor and brings an amazing energy to any class she teaches! I've never gotten a better workout riding a bike like I do when she leads the class. She pushes you beyond your capabilities and ensures you leave your stress at the door. I highly recommend trying one of Lisa's classes, especially Saturday at 8:00 AM.
