I appreciate how the office staff works to find an appointment for me when an unexpected skin issue happens. Check-in typically is quick and efficient, and wait time minimal. I have always been impressed with the care I've received through the years, the explanations given regarding my skin care or procedures needed, and the all round friendliness and professionalism of Dr. Stein and her team. This was my first appointment with Regional Dermatology of Durham and I had an overall positive experience. The PA who treated my concerns was professional, greeted me with her name and even asked why I wanted to come to their practice in particular. The building faces away from the road, so google maps thinks you have arrived before you actually have. They have a small sign pointing the way. Just give yourself a little extra time to make the correct parking lot entrance. Otherwise, i like the practice. Very efficient, nice staff.

I initially was going to downgrade a star or two for only one reason. When setting up the appointment I called several days in a row and got a recording. Obviously I could have left a message but chose not to. When I did get someone on the phone they had to pause twice to check out patients. After the visit I was so pleased with the staff and experience I decided that wasn't the most important thing. Staff was knowledgeable and professional. And most importantly friendly and reassuring. They deserve 5 stars.

Excellent doctors, kind and considerate staff. Responsive when issues arise that require prompt care. I have never been kept waiting more than ten minutes and the parking is easy and adjacent to the building. Would recommend highly.

All the nice comments are interesting.
But what is really important is that you get results when you have the big C.
They got the job done and found more in the follow ups.
That is really important.
They made me feel secure!
