American Patriot Lock and Key

Gentleman showed up withing 15 minutes of calling at 9pm no bullcrap kinda guy he looked at my door for a minute or 2 and told us he could do it but it would be tricky and more than the price on the phone he gave me that quote because that's what I asked for on the phone. He then looked around and suggested another method that would be the original phone price. By my surprise he has let us in under 5 minutes!!!! He could have very well messed with my front door and made more money but he genuinely just wanted to help get me in thanks!!!!! He drove a dodge caliber it looked like.. not sure if they all do but he was truly the best I could have hired for the job.

I needed a new key cut for my vehicle and American Patriot Lock and Key came through wonderfully. Sean and Jen were punctual, professional, and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend them.

Contacted Sean at American Patriot Lock and Key for a service call to remove a lock on a storage unit. Setup the time and he met me at the facility when he said he would. Sean was very professional and had the lock removed I just a few minutes. The charges with call out fee was reasonable and fair. My experience with Sean was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone.

I called several other locksmiths that said they were open 24x7 they told me they were not. I noticed that I woke Sean up of course I didn't mean to but he was very courteous professional told me not to worry he would be there soon. When I met him he was not only polite professional but very very understanding. We'll say if ever I need anything else house or car I'm definitely calling him he was well worth the fee I paid.

Sean and his wife Jennifer were nothing but a pleasure to work with. We're new homeowners & needed our home re-keyed. We went to Lowe's & purchased the hardware we needed. Our handyman was unable to put the new locks on. I had turned to the Scottsdale Living group to find a handyman stating I need new locks installed for my home & other things. Jennifer commented. Thank goodness she did. All the work was completed in a timely manner, Sean was even able to supply us with a deadbolt we forgot to purchase, & was able to cut extra keys on site for us. American Patriot Lock & Key may cost a hair more then other locksmiths but to know it's done right & know that your safety is being put first & foremost by a company is absolutely worth any extra penny spent. I can't recommend this family owned company enough, they are phenomenal!! Thanks Sean & Jennifer!!
