I brought in a lawn mower and blower for seasonal service and can't be happier with the service. Steve, the repair technician, is friendly, knowledgeable, practical and informative - which is especially helpful since I'm not a professional. He didn't push at all for upgrades or unnecessary services, very fair on the invoice.

Oh man the best place to buy tools! The man at the counter helped us buy a concrete saw and tested it for us. He also made sure that we understood how to run the machine. Thank you for your amazing service!

Great products, exceptional service, and very fast repairs that are done the right way, the first time, each and everytime. Steve, the counter sales associate and service technician, is friendly and extremely knowledgeable.

Thank you for making my very first retail curbside experience a memorable one for all the right reasons. I will never go to any another Stihl Dealer again - I was welcomed and treated like I was a part of the Riverdale Tool family from the moment I knocked on the stores door to ask Steve to participate in a contactless setting, to the moment I picked up my repaired Stihl Chainsaw and Back Pack Blower.
