This is hands down the best gym in the Bradenton/Sarasota area. The workouts are fantastic and will always leave you dripping in sweat. The coaches are unmatched in their commitment and investment in clients and it shows daily. They go out of their way to make each person feel included and genuinely cared for. And not surprisingly, this translates into a wonderful community of people coming together to make themselves better. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I have lived in Bradenton for 3 years and had no luck finding the perfect trainer until I found Shannon. She is so knowledgeable, attentive, down to earth, and the best personal trainer around! I have gained so much knowledge from her in the few months that I’ve trained with her. She has made me feel so much more confident in my body, she takes the time to listen/understand me, and is so fun to work with. Thank you Shannon for all you’ve done!

My husband and I have been training with Andrew for the past 2 months. We can't recommend him enough. He is extremely knowledgeable, always prepared and we get more out of our 30 minute workout than we could have imagined.

I dropped in for two days while in town visiting family. Good daily rate and accommodating hours for open gym. Excellent selection of functional training equipment. Everyone was very nice.
