AT&T Store

Daryl did an excellent job helping us. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the phones and services available. He is excellent at multitasking as he was very efficient in assisting us while training a part-time coworker. Definitely management material!!!

My iPhone 11 is getting very hot and at times it doesn’t respond to the touch while texting so decided to take it to the store.
I went to the AT&T store in Sugar Hill on Hwy 20.
I was warmly greeted by Eli.
He was professional, informative and delightful.
He took his time to so diagnose the problem. He made me feel happy to be an AT&T customer.
Such a breath of fresh air.

Eli was the first competent person I've encountered after weeks of trying to switch service providers. I've had a paid off phone that was constantly locked for unknown reasons. After going to the previous service provider and calling customer support multiple times I was ready to trade in my phone, but Eli spent time with me and tried to solve the issue, which ultimately saved me money at the end! Highly recommend going to him for your phone needs!
