Ron and Steven are amazing! Maintenance team in general are amazing! I submitted a work order the night before and got a response the next morning! They’re very professional and communication with maintenance is AMAZING! Living at the parallel has been amazing. Thank you Parallel team for an easy transition from application to move-in. Couldn’t have been any better or easier :)

Daniel B from maintenance is really friendly and easy to talk to! He answers all my questions and concerns in a timely manner. He is such a hard worker and proactive. He had to make multiple attempts to reach us to make sure our battery was changed on the door before we got locked out. I am glad he is part of the maintenance team!

Best thing about this place is how fast and responsive the Maintenance team is. As soon as I open a ticket they always respond in a timely manner. Steven, from the Maintenance team has helped me out time and time again in a professional manner. Trash rooms are always clean.

Updating my review since there’s new management. We have seen a huge improvement with this new team and are excited to continue to live at Parallel!

I love the staff, especially Ruben and Wendy :) They are super welcoming in the office and are very responsive. Also, they saved my baby from when he got lost around our community. I feel comfortable bringing up any concerns with them because they do their best to try and resolve it. The amenities are back open as well for us to use them. Thank you so much!
