F45 Training Shelby 23 Mile

I like the organized workouts. They are tough but once I am done I am happy I did it!

I’ve been going consistently for a little over 3 weeks now! The gym is extremely clean, awesome instructors who do not let you slack and keep you motivated, and I have so much more energy already! Margaret also motivated me enough to hop on up and try a pull-up!

After five weeks of regular training I feel I can give a review. The workouts are definitely high intensity intervals, however there is nothing so hard that it’s impossible to do, even for middle aged folks, you just have to do your best.
The efficiency of how the classes are done is an example for how to do things right. With video samples of exercises, numbered stations, maps of station order; things run very smoothly.
The trainers do a good job helping with form and encouragement on workouts. All the people are friendly.
Regularly burn between 600-700 calories per 45 minute session, and I feel my endurance has gone up since starting as well as getting some agility and movement range of motion back.

I’ve been going to F45 for a little over a month now and am consistently impressed by not only the quality of the workouts, but the professionalism and expertise of the staff. Every workout gives you that “best workout I’ve had in awhile” feeling and the staff consistently keeps a positive, high-energy, vibe that makes the workout fly by. The facility is also extremely clean and they are extremely on top of making sure everything is immaculate before a new group comes in. Overall very impressed!
