The doctor and staff are great but be prepared for your appointment to last at least two hours. They get you in right away, but once they dilate your pupils and you wait quote "20 min", you suddenly realize that it's been 2 hours and you have somewhere to be. This has happened 3 times to me. Once with my son, once with my boyfriend, and once on my own.

They also convinced me to buy a pair of glasses that I like, I assumed with partial insurance coverage. Turns out, I paid full price for the glasses I like and got the ones the insurance covered as well. Had I known, I would have just stuck with what my insurance covered and saved $20-something.
