    The park is very pretty and well kept. The park has strict rules but I like that because it keeps the area nice. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. Looking forward to moving in.

    My boyfriend and I recently moved into the park. It is well maintaned and clean. I am happy to have rules otherwise it could be like most other parks around. Management was helpful and clear about the rules. We like our trailer and the neighborhood. Very satisfied here. and people friendly.

    My dad lived there when he past away on 2013 he likes the park but didn't care much for the management but its a nice place to live I guess he liked all of his neighbors

    I am living in Sunnydale and have been for more than 5 years. I really like the park. I like the location and i enjoy the pool. I do not get notices about my home because I follow the rules and upkeep in the lease agreement. I appreciate the high standards and feel like this is what make Sunnydale clean, safe and affordable. Never had any run ins with management. If you are following the rules, which again - I APPRECIATE- they leave you alone. I lived in another park not too far and it was a bad experience.
