The RV Shop

I brought my Class B RV in for a warranty repair. The whole service team were professional and courteous. All repairs were completed in a timely fashion. I would have given 5 stars but it took 3 months to get an appointment for the repair. I hope they can find a way to improve on this because it is a very long time to not be able to use the camper.

We just recently purchased our travel trailer from The RV Shop. We just want to express our appreciation to their staff for their dedication to making the customer number one priority! Chris our salesman, went far and above to make our experience so pleasant! He came in on his day off to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our RV. Not many would do this! Also I have to mention Aleyx, Billy, and Walter who were fantastic at presenting and setting up the hardware needed for RV and my truck! Can't thank them enough! Also Chad thank you!

The whole purchase process was comfortable and relaxing. The service was exceptional. They don’t sell anything that you can’t purchase somewhere else so the most important factor is service after the sale. Billy Robin has proved his commitment to service already and I am very impressed. Anyone can sell you a camper or Rv but the service after the sale is what sets dealers apart. Customer for life. We were on our first day of a 3 weeks trip to Florida Keys, when our power wained and things were not working properly on our coach, including the full wall not retracting. We ran across the RV Shop around Baton Rouge, LA. So we pulled in expecting to be told they didn't have time and were really busy and we would have to schedule an appointment that would be months out. Like we have been told by so many RV shops lately. Anyway, to our surprise Barbie the Service Dept was right on it. She pulled 2 guys from her crew and within a half hour had us up and running and fixed all our concerns. Amazing people, amazing shop and very knowledgeable! They had more knowledge of our Class A Coach then anybody we have talked to since we purchased it. We will be taking our RV to this shop for any future repairs. Even though it is a days drive from our home. Way worth the drive! In fact we scheduled an appointment for February for the rest of our warranty issues!!!!! 👍
