I have been a patient of New Town Chiropractic & Physical Therapy since 1998. I say patient but feel I should say a part of their family. I used think Chiropractic therapy was not for me until I met Dr. Kersh. Him and his whole team take great care of you and you never feel like just another patient. I’ve been a patient for many years, and after a short amount of time, Dr. Kersh and Robin always get me back to normal with their combined therapy skill set.

The office staff is also top notch. Very personable; professional; and quick.

I was reluctant to come to a chiropractor, however I was quickly put to ease by the staff and providers. Robin, the physical therapist and Dr. Kersh were instrumental in helping me prepare and recover from hip replacement surgery. Karen, the office manager assisted in navigating the ins and outs of my insurance in a professional and timely manner.

I had a trimalleolar fracture repair and after not being able to walk for months I was sent to pt . I decided to try new town and I sure am glad i did. The appointment starts with a greet and meet with Dr. Kersh which I thought was really nice. Then it was time for some "stem therapy " by a very friendly and competent person named Jennifer. Then it was off to see Robin the pt. guru and that's no joke. She is very Compassionate and actually listens to what I say. In the 3 weeks I have been going you can hardly see a limp which is great. Now don't get me wrong I have had to do the work and it been hard,, and sometimes uncomfortable but it was this team that put me on the right path. Thank you all so much.
