Information was explained but I wished I had known in the beginning but when you don't know what to ask you wish you had a known earlier. Then I could have had a second choice. But what's good to pass on to my family.

Unfortunately, I just incountered a terrible accident in September, that left my car totalled and my ankle injured. After dealing with the claim process for 3 months, I was finally able to get an resolve! All thanks to some of the State Farm staff.

I would like to thank Ms. Patrice for her professionalism and for always checking in! If she says she's going to do something, she does it! She often had to clean up other mistakes and incompetence. She is the only reason I decided to stay with Statefarm! Your firm should be proud to have her!
