Lora Davis was extremely knowledgeable and encouraging throughout the 12 week program. I was never hungry, and learned a lot about nutrition and portion control, with very good results (12 lbs weight loss, trimmer waist, and significant decrease in body fat.) I was able to eliminate 2 meds, and I feel energized and younger. I highly recommend the program, and especially enjoyed Lora's expert guidance. 5 stars, easily!

Marti is so knowledgeable and caring and compassionate. She helped my elderly father get on a post surgery meal plan and was very conscious of the medicines he is taking to ensure the meal choices would not conflict with any existing health conditions. I highly recommend her!

I so badly wanted to lose my post menopausal / covid weight but just couldn’t make it happen on my own. I’ve had such great success with PNC Chandler location. My consultant Lora is very positive and encouraging every week. The nutrition education, structured diet choices and accountability is just what I needed to focus my efforts and make better choices when planning my meals/snacks. I’m so excited to have almost 30 lbs in 12 weeks.

Having always led a “healthy” lifestyle, it was difficult to not see the progress and results I was wanting. Within 2 weeks of properly aligning my intake needs I was seeing the results I had been trying to get for years on my own. Marti makes the process simple, easy and not intimidating. She not only guides you to create good and correct habits, but teaches you the why behind those needs. I have not given up any foods I enjoy, I have learned how and when to eat them properly! It has been a fantastic and eye opening experience and if you are ready to make the change she will make it happen!

Marti was the first professional to be able to figure out how to make my body shed weight, inches and body fat. Her program was easy to follow and worked with my lifestyle. This extra weight has been a challenge in my 50s and I have tried everything. Thanks to Marti I now realize that I have to eat the combination and amounts of food that work specifically for my body.
