Didn't have an appointment. I was told 45 minute wait. It was actually 30 minutes. All windows were open. There were no delays at the window. The clerks were pleasant and fast. A very pleasant experience

I went in to this DMV on a Monday morning. When you walk in the sucrity guard was very helpful to where to start and what line goes next. When I signed in another employee was so helpful on how to sign in. I waited about 30 minutes for number to be called and the lady that helped was so nice, patient, and helpful. She also had a great attitude and I also had fun talking to me through my process. It took me a whole 45 minutes for the whole process. This DMV has a great system down and a wonderful, friendly staff.

I came in to renew my driver's license and it was great. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I just moved to the I.E from LA and was so surprised on the efficacy of this DMV. In LA If you go to the DMV it's at least 4 hours out of your day if not all day. The employees that helped me were so nice and didn't have attitudes! If you need to go the DMV this is the place to go. I also did not have an appointment.
