I decided to check out a Steve Madden store because I watched the documentary Maddman. Watching what Steve Madden has been through as a person and entrepreneur made me want to buy shoes from his company, because it seemed like there was a lot of thought and care put into every shoe, every customer and every store, even though he has created a billion dollar empire. I was not disappointed with my experience at the outlet store at Ellenton. They offer first class customer service from fit to style and function.The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The assistant manager went out of his way to ensure I had a wonderful experience and walked away with shoes I love. I will definitely be back!
