I’ve been with this insurance co for 10+ years. They are the best!
I had an issue with my car dealership and my insurance agent called me every day to see how things were going and asked if there was anything that he could do to help.
They told me exactly how to handle things and they were Johnny on the spot when I had my accident. I found a body shop of my choice and their was no issues with them paying for my repairs or the rental. When I arrived to pick up my rental I was already in the system and ready to go.
Who does that????? Charpacki Insurance, That’s who!!!
I have full coverage with towing and car rental…….. you wouldn’t believe me if I told you how much I pay.
When I tell other companies how much I pay they say, ….. Ok sorry we can’t beat that and hang up on me

I have been a client of Bob's for 25+ years and I have all my Insurance policies through him. He's good at explaining what your purchasing and in my experience with him he has called me several times to tell me he found a cheaper rate for car insurance. I highly recommend Chapracki insurance
