The Monkey Bar & Grille

Great place! The wait staff helps you with drink-ordering on your cell phone and anything else you need. We ate outside and the place was full. Awesome food (I had the Veggie pizza and my man had the chicken wings with two sauces, YUM!) plus live entertainment. You gotta go! 🤗

Great setting along the Little Miami River with lots of indoor/outdoor seating areas to take in the ambiance and enjoy the weather. Appeared to be dog-friendly (at least outside) and can get quite crowded on weekend evenings. Shares a parking lot with the trail system, so lots of active folks loitering around the parking lot. Such a cool vibe. Fairly limited food menu (at least when I visited - though have heard they sometimes have food trucks for additional offerings), but good food and drinks.

The atmosphere is the success of this place. The menu is very limited with a couple of food trucks to supplement a small menu.

This is where you come to sit on the porch by the river, enjoying adult beverages, good music with the live bands, and the company of friends. Lots of outdoor seating and indoor seating locations with open air windows.

Service can be slow when busy. Order two drinks at one time to avoid waiting for round two!

It's really a fun place! We went on St Patrick's Day. The crowd was really decent. Yet, not over crowded.It was nice and warm when we arrived. And got pretty cold at the end of the night. It's in the valley, so it gets colder quicker. But. Their patio has lovely fire pits. 🔥 Which definitely helped! The band was amazing! STRANGELOVE played a wonderful variety of music. And had everyone on their feet!💕

We reserved a table for a birthday party for my uncle on a Saturday. Had a delicious lunch (the pizza is NEXT LEVEL). The staff was extremely hospitable and Mel gave us an insight into the rich history of the building and the area, making this quite a memorable event. Mark, the owner even stopped by to make sure we were well taken care of. A++ and many thanks to the hard working staff and owner. Such a nice place, can't wait to go back!
