Well from what I can see from my experience is the phone answering service is the problem. They just need to get rid of them, and have an updated phone system.
Hi! I have had the same CPAP DME supply company for about 12 years who will remain nameless. I have just fired them and hired Lincare Newnan. Lincare Newnan has an in-house therapist named Miss Eddie. It is not hard to get an appointment with her. She is caring and knowledgeable. She set me up with a great mask. The front office ladies are sweet and answer the phones. You might get a voice mail upfront but hold on, a real person who works there will answer or call back shortly.They also are knowledgeable and help with insurance. I am very happy to be their customer!
