I've insured a lot of vehicles with SF and it is always a pleasure working with Earl at the Steve Smeal office. He's very personable to talk with on the phone and extremely attentive and quick to provide whatever I am calling to ask for.

I absolutely love how the agents are readily available to support me with any questions or concerns I may have. If there is anything that I need, my agent Earl, will take care of it for me. Phone calls and emails are always returned or replied to in a timely manner. I love being a part of the State Farm family! State Farm is the best!

When I called to get a quote on insurance I spoke with, Crystal Bryant. I was previously with Allstate, paying $246.00 a month, for full coverage on my, ‘15 Camaro. My agents at Allstate have been rude to me & would not help me try to get my rate lower for months now. They instead, send me a bill with my rate jumping up $180/year. Now, I will be paying $276.00/month. 😵‍💫

When I called to just get a quote from StateFarm, both her and Earl were an absolute breath of fresh air! 🤍Crystal went ABOVE and BEYOND for me & our family. Her kindness did not go unnoticed. She was able to bundle 3 of our vehicles & get our rates not only lowered, but we also purchased renters insurance, as well.
