The particular serviceperson upon my visit, wish I kept my receipt for her name 😟 But anyways it was in Castro Valley Ca. And Wendy's discontinued their Bourbon Burger in place of another I don't care for 👎 This Young Ladygirl right onna spot 🎯 worked out alternate flavorings for me to then buy a 🍔 and after my 1st bite didn't regret the departure of my 💵 from my wallet ✨👌She is an Asset to that workshift 💪

Ordered a double with onion & cheese only, and a small Frosty for my wife at the drive-thru. When I got to the window as the Asst. Manager (who was very pleasant in general), was handing me my Frosty, she noticed that the person who took my order charged me for a medium. As she was correcting the error, I told her it was okay I'd just take the medium. She ended up give me both the small & the medium Frosty because as she said, she hates to see things go to waste.
But the best part was when I got home and opened my burger.
You know how the food on TV commercials ALWAYS look way better than they do at the point of purchase?! This was NOT the case this time. Not only was my order correct, that burger was so thick and looked so good that it could've had its own commercial. It was so good that I had to stuffed myself to finish it, and I enjoyed every bite. Thank you for one of the best Wendy's experiences ever.
