Was at Angier Auto Zone this morning purchading oil & filter for my SUV. And by me being a female I don’t know much about this thing. Doug B. Was there to help me and so glad he did. He led me to exactly what was needed and also assisted me with fuel injection cleaner I was questioning about. Thx again Doug for all your help & congrats on your new truck!!

Want to recognize Jacob for going over and beyond. Last Saturday night my sister battery fail at Food Lion. We made it to auto zone 10 minutes before closing. Jacob took the time to replace her battery to get her and her grandson back on the road. He made sure that the customer was taken care of even if it meant going past his quitting time. He didn’t rush, he took the time to make sure the job was done right. He even told us to stay in the building to keep warm until he got the battery installed. Now that’s customer service!

I called Dennis at the Angier nc store and he was very helpful over the phone, when I have arrived at the store Dennis took care of me absolutely 100%. Great job Dennis!!!

Russell, is the best, he helped me out in getting all my parts I needed, even call to other stores to see if they had the part I was looking for, he is 100 all the way worker, also his other coworkers are amazing

I went in for a new battery, found out it was still under warranty so they just swapped it out. The employees were friendly and fun and got me out super quick. I appreciate the service. Plus there was a customer there with a really pretty 1960's Honda 300 that I talked to about his bike while they exchanged the battery on my car. Great experience.
