I use thise place often for our Small Business printing. Mostly self serve, but we have sent quite a few projects to them for professional printing with great success.. The staff is so helpful and always kind, even when they get busy.

I went in was helped immediately by a person named Mercy. Her name fit her well . She was calm , reserved and a real help to me . I may had been a little caustic and in a hurry . She helped me try to FAX important papers to the DMV . SHEWAS EFFECTIVE and in no time we got it sent . Unfortunately there was an error on their part . I freakedankk out a little .she told me to wait and to try again . In a few minutes theFAX STILL WOULDNT WORK . INSTEAD of panicking she said to try again @ 10:00 am tomorrow. It was her starting time , she would Handel it . It was soothing to know she would get it done . I appreciate that . I wanted to also send a copy through Email which she did . I’m assured it will arrive in time . Regardless I’m returning tomorrow morning @10:00 am to have her MERCY,, to resend the copies by FAX . That way I’ve doubled my chances of DMV receiving my forms .. I thank you for hiring such capable polite employees . Seriously good service.

I've worked with A LOT of FedEx Office locations over the years (upward of 10 consistently.) I have had the best experiences here. I would like to give a nod to management.. because every single person I've interacted with has been really helpful. And with all the time I've spent at the paper cutter, I've witnessed a number of team members really being helpful to folks who aren't very technologically advanced, which takes patience.

I went into this location Recently and the rep Andrea was absolutely amazing! She had the best customer service I've experienced in a long time! The system froze in the middle of my project and she was so friendly and thoughtful inquiring about my project asked some thought provoking questions and assisted me on bringing my vision to life. She made what could have been a frustrating experience very pleasant and I'm so thankful she was there to help me!
