I saw Helen Murphy when she was at Loyola for pelvic floor therapy, and she was sincerely amazing!!! She is extremely empathetic, patient and knowledgeable. The guidence she gave made a real impact on my pain level, but more importantly HUGELY boosted my confidence and self esteem. There was a noticeable increase in my quality of life. I'm honestly not sure that there's anything I could even suggest she could do better - she is an exceptional PT and a pretty cool person to boot! I absolutely recommend her for anyone who might benefit from pelvic floor therapy, whether you feel totally comfortable or extremely uncertain. Helen is so great!

I went here for physical therapy for a few months last year. My physical therapist Helen was an excellent medical professional and not only was very effective at helping relieve my pain but was very friendly and good to talk to. She was much more helpful than any doctor I have seen, not only in treatment but also in giving advice to help me with the issues I was having. Unfortunately this clinic does not take my insurance so I had to stop going but I would highly recommend Helen and Be Fit to anyone who is looking into physical therapy.

I have diastasis recti-about a 2 finger gap after 2 babies. The women health specialist has been so helpful with her treatment and exercises and has made a huge improvement to my condition in a matter of weeks. I’d highly recommend her!

By far the best experience I have had with physical therapy. Following knee surgery I went here on a friend's recommendation. It was outstanding. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, professional and truly care about patients. I have been to other local places and they did not provide the continuity of care that Be Fit provided. I recommend Be Fit completely.
