Tracy's Karate Studio

Tracy's Karate Studio has been a major part of my life. The staff members are friendly, caring, and good hearted for people of any age. I would highly recommend the studio for anyone interested in learning how to properly defend themself.

I would give Tracy’s Karate 10 stars if I could! They have it all as a martial arts school. The self defense system they teach is effective, practical, and no nonsense. The methods they use to teach are tried and true utilizing private lessons so the techniques can be be taught based on each individual’s needs. The sparring and group classes give you a great workout and allow you to hone your skills. I’ve been training here for several years and I always look forward to each class where I can train with the knowledgeable professionals at this school.

My sons have been going to group and private lesson at Tracy’s since Feb 2018 (now grades 5th and 8th grade). They each have an amazing instructors that teaches them the art of Kempo Karate and the importance of how and when to use the skills they learn. My sons have become more confident and each has had the opportunity to gain more knowledge in the areas that interest them the most (sparing and weapons training). The next level belts at this studio are earned not given out based on time. After taking my sons for about a year I started taking self defense in early 2019 and it had been transformative for me. I highly recommend this studio for any experience level. The studio staff are friendly, truly care about what they are teaching, and knowledgeable about the art of Karate. Worth it!

As a woman, I have also been interested in self-defense and I stumbled upon this place on Groupon. After using my coupon, I was hooked! The staff is insightful and amazingly supportive. The studio is celebrated their 50th year in business this year (2019) and trust me, they have knowledge beyond that. In my opinion, I believe anyone would benefit going here!

Learning Martial arts at Tracy's has been a really great experience for me. I get along great with my instructor, and I have become much more confident in my ability to defend myself in any situation. In general taking lessons at tracy's has improved my overall self esteem & my confidence. If you are looking for a place to learn self defense Tracy's has great trainers, a great atmosphere, and I definitely recommend them highly.
