(February 25, 2022, 8:16 pm)This was my first visit to OCP, and I was pleasantly surprised. Not because I had heard anything, but because I have become used to the mediocre BBQ joints I have experienced in the area.
On a busy Friday night, the servers were prompt and attentive. Food and drinks were served quickly. The meats were delicious, tender and juicy. The fried okra was crispy, and Brunswick Stew was on point, Lima beans notwithstanding (personal preference, I still ate them). I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. So much so, I force fed myself dessert. Also 👍👍.
Old Country Place has made the rotation. -
