He recommends what he thinks would help me but he does not push. His staff is very considerate and easy to talk to. They have made themselves available for me whenever I needed them or had questions. One of my family members recently had an accident and they took in all the information very quickly and not judgmental. Gave us some good insight on how to work with the adjuster which proved to help us very much. Thank you for being such a good agent.
