The front desk was extremely polite, friendly and efficient, they thanked me for filling out my forms online, the girl I had at the front desk was cheerful and made me feel comfortable. The technician also very friendly and efficient, explained the procedure in depth, she sensed how scared I was and I could feel her empathy, by far this was the best experience I’ve had in this situation, even the doctor was top notch, he went over everything step by step.I would give Lenox Hill Radiology an A+ the Levittown one, just to be clear , I’ve been to others but Levittown has it down pat, the best from the moment you walk in to the moment u leave, thank you so much for ur efficiency and courtesy

I go here for EVERYTHING. The staff is friendly, and they move it along. No ridiculous long waits. I have to thank Mike who drew my blood. The other techs were having a problem and he came to the rescue. He had to use a thick needle. I hardly felt it!

Parking was great. The waiting area was nice and clean and the employees were very pleasant. The gentleman that performed my MRI made an unpleasant situation feasible.Mike was the MRI tech, he answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Will I recommend Lennox Hill Radiology? Yes

Took my grandma here for her annual check ups. Lenox in Levittown is close to my house. Easy to park, beyond easy to check in. The staff was beyond friendly— more specifically the receptionist who checked us in. Was in and out and I am so glad I took my grandma here. 100% recommend.

Wonderful experience from second I walked in the door till I left. The front desk girls (Catherine and Danielle) were very pleasant and helpful. The tech (Meghan) made a not so comfortable test totally stress free. I appreciate everything. Thank you for having such a wonderful staff. PS: immaculate facility!
