Chicken salad to die for! Pasta salad is amazing too along with the cupcakes! Very professional! Will be returning.

I sent a couple dozen assorted cupcakes to my wife’s work place for her birthday today. It was the first time I have used Bert’s Desserts ‘only because I hadn’t heard of them. I found them on the web yesterday and called them with a few questions. Their web site is so good, and their customer service was so nice, I couldn’t wait to place my order today. My wife came in this afternoon and said the cupcakes were so good, moist, beautifully decorated, and so very fresh, it made the day of all that had them. I picked up the phone and called Bert’s and had to share!
Thank you Bert’s Desserts for what you do. I see a business that has passion for excellence. I can’t wait to stop by to meet, and to try the other items on the menu / website!

I tried Bert’s for the first time on 09/28/2021 and I must say Alabaster got it right this time! I went in for a cupcake and left with half a dozen because I couldn’t make up my mind from the variety. Here is the scam they pulled, they put FRESH cinnamon rolls out while I was there! I purchased one of those as well. Everything was delicious! I will definitely be trying them again. Keep up the good work guys, great food and friendly service! 🧁

Great great great customer service. They went above and beyond for me considering certain circumstances. I greatly appreciate how they turned things around and tried their best to make sure I was satisfied. The cupcakes were DELICIOUS on top of that! Just the right amount of flavor in EVERY cupcake. I highly suggest y’all try them out! AMAZING PEOPLE, AMAZING TASTE!
