I just moved in and I am extremely happy. The management is amazing give them some credit they work really hard !!!!

many reviews were left positively for maria and rightfully so! as a young renter these experiences can be scary, but maria is always accommodating and kind to not only myself and my husband but to other residents. she's awesome and makes you feel truly cared for. very happy to call this place home!

Theresa has done a great job! Handled an issue w/ friends unit promptly and professionally. Without quick action this would have escalated quickly and become worse. Prior to her taking over the property, things took twice as long to get done. Thanks!!!

Outstanding service from the property manager at this location. There were no units available but, still provided excellent communication and showing the property. Keep up the good work!!

The apartment was immaculate, in excellent condition, comfortable and quiet. The grounds were lovely and well maintained, from the pool and picnic/BBQ area to the beach volleyball court. The communication was excellent throughout my stay. That being said, what made this stay absolutely exceptional was the excellent customer service and warm, friendly team of people assisting you from check in to check out.

When we arrived Maria had turned on the lights and AC so we would be comfortable upon entering the apartment. When I requested a late check out due to extenuating personal circumstances, not only did Theresa accommodate my request, but offered to let me stay for as long as I needed to. The cleaning lady offered to help me pack up a box of family heirlooms or my bags. The entire team there went above and beyond.

I’ve traveled all over the world, but it was here, at this apartment, that I received the best customer service I’ve ever had.
