Had a after hour office visit for a small scratch on my eye. Dr. Eric Roadman called me back moments after leaving a voicemail, stated he was at a child’s soccer game but would call me when he was able to meet me at the office. Wasn’t but just 2 hours or so and I was in the chair being seen. Can’t thank you enough, thank you!

The staff are very friendly, helpful and patient. I really appreciate them listening to my various needs even if it takes extra time to articulate and decide what I want. Dr. Cottle is very thorough and really takes his time fully evaluating and recommending based on my needs instead of pushing aggressive tactics or selling marked up eyewear. I trust our whole family being patrons for almost 10 yrs and not looking to change anytime soon.
