(May 26, 2023, 11:05 am)Like most, I've been using Verizon for 15+ years and typically get all my new phones and service done in Liberty, MO and the service is subpar at best. I went to the Verizon store in Kearney, MO and it was the best experience I've ever had at Verizon. I needed a new phone and CHRIS was absolutely amazing. He assured me all my data would be transferred over to the new phone and he worked on it for 2 hours to ensure all my data was transferred over and then a week later I needed something unique and he jumped right on it to help me out. BEST service in all of Kansas City and make sure you ask for CHRIS. I will be driving up to Kearney for all future needs. John

He went above & beyond with making sure everything was done/correct, even though the store closed in the middle of our phone transfers. I would absolutely recommend not only this location, but go see Chris!
