As a parent of life-long athletes I witnessed the difference Kennedy Athletics makes -- increasing speed and agility in multiple sports. I have one son playing college football. He started training at Kennedy as soon as they opened, and still trains there off season. My other son also trains at Kennedy year-round and has increased speed, lost weight and gained confidence. He is now being recruited by LAX coaches across the country. The stats on athletes training at Kennedy are pretty incredible.
