Went very well, Bill was very professional, polite and it seems to have worked
This is the absolute best exterminator in the business. My daughter called him and the very next day he was there. Just so professional and knowledgeable. I thought I had a mouse in my house it turns out it was a terrible rat problem in the crawl space. He showed me everything that I needed to get rid of the problem and he made sure to bait the house inside and out. Other places wanted way more money and would not have told me how to get rid of them permanently, they would have continued to come out and charge me more money.
Bill is amazing! My family has used this company for years! Honesty and Integrity when you use B & R. Spiders run when they see Bill coming!
I called at 8am and Bill was at my house by 10am. He was very sweet, very knowledgeable! He went above and beyond what I paid for. I would definitely recommend him for everything you need. I am very pleased with Bills work!
