We recently purchased a new boat from Thunder Marine International. The buying was a fairly long process and we were very well treated and attended to throughout. We had visited several other shops before and were not satisfied with their service or attitude. But Ian and the rest of the sales team at Thunder made us feel comfortable. They provided detailed and accurate information and accommodated us more than one could ask for.
Maybe even more important, their post-sale attitude is great. They don’t just sell you a boat and say bye-bye. But they took care of us and continued to answer all our questions and diligently fixed the few minor outstanding things that always show up after delivery.
The Thunder Marine team is very service minded, flexible and impressive, making the boat buying process less stressful and more of a pleasure - like the boat.
