I was surprised how nice they were because they have a reputation for being prejudice throughout there city. The Judge was extremely nice the Officers very respectful and helpful. I think in life to have personal relationship with Christ and pray everywhere you go and cancel all satan's assignments works. God bless.

My wife and I moved to North Olmsted from Cleveland in 2016. Within the first week after moving we needed to deal with the building department for a permit on a fence we wanted installed, the interaction went amazingly quick and simple - completely the opposite of Cleveland.

Since then, I've had the pleasure of dealing with the ladies (and one engineer) three other times. Once for a shed I built, once for a deck and once for a sump pump/water drainage issue on my property. All interactions were just as the first - phenomenal. The ladies helped me find/file the correct paperwork and answered all my questions without any issue.

I'm extremely surprised at the negative feedback given by the previous revieweer considering my experience was nowhere near the same.
