I am local to Nicko Construction and decided to take Jason's bid after he showed professionalism during consultation.

During the planning process everything was planned out to my liking with Jason providing feedback on what works and what may not work.

Jason and his team did a superb job on my house. They installed brand new vinyl siding, soffits,fascia, windows, custom sliding door,repaired rotted boards underneath the siding, and wrapped all my window moulding.

Jason kept me in the loop while my custom sliding door was being made and coordinated the project according to my schedule. Never once did I feel like I didnt know what was going on. Everything was communicated via a combination of phone calls and over email.

I highly recommend Nicko Construction to anyone looking to get work done on their house.

They came out right away fixed the problem in minutes and left me with enough information about what was going on with my roof so I could decide to do more or leave it. They were friendly and professional. I will not hesitate if I have problems in the future and will be sharing his card in our community

We had Jason repair and replace some siding on our house. He was very prompt and came out the next day. Jason provided a very reasonable estimate. We scheduled a time to have the work done. Jason came out as promised and completed the work in two days. He did an excellent job and completed it just the way we wanted. We were very happy with all aspects of the experience. Jason was available to come to our house to replace some siding on our house within one week, he was on time, did more than expected, and was professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend his company to anyone!
