I was referred to Gary Johnson by my current massage therapist, (now that's a high recommendation), to see him for simple exercises/yoga. The goal being to continue to expand my flexibility and strength after a hip replacement surgery that left me with continued stiffness and pain. It was the best advice I have ever gotten!
Gary is a certified Yoga instructor as well as a highly skilled massage therapist and I love the classes he gives!

Tiffany works wonders! I had severe shoulder pain and had been going to a chiropractor for several months without relief. After a couple visits with Tiffany my pain went from a 9 to a 1! Now I maintain monthly visits and experience little to no pain! Highly recommend Tiffany!! Wish I would've found her years ago instead of spending 10+ years in pain!
