I totally love coming to Rise up Nutrition! I always get a great workout. Whether it’s a Zumba fit class or a Hit class . They make the best Herbalife shakes, refreshing energy drinks and on Saturday they make the best protein waffles! But the best thing I can say it’s that every time I walk in to the shop I’m always greeted with a smile and always positive energy . I’ve been going to the shop a little over a year and I totally recommend! ❤️
