Fantastic experience. Came out at last minute to snake pipes after water backed up from toilet and bathtub. They know the Bowie Levitt homes well and were able to clear blockage quickly and professionally. They were clean, mindful of a sleeping baby, and cleaned the worksite before leaving. They also spotted 2 other issues and came back the next morning to fix. Affordable and they dress nicely. Highly Recommend!!
Discussed issue via phone the day prior and said he'd be at my place between 3-5PM today. Never bothered to show up, call me to update, nor respond to texts. Took personal time off of work so I could be home and wait for him to arrive, completely wasted my time.
*Made it right, and contacted me later. Came and did the work late in the evening, but I was available so it wasn't a big deal. Price was good, did quick work.
State plumbing did a great job in replacing my water heater. Everything is working fine. It done in a timely fashion. I would Recommend them to all my friends who asked.
