Outstanding service, a fair price, and professionalism. I had a gas line run for a new gas cooktop. This was my first time working with Western Reserve Plumbing.

Kevin was wonderful to communicate with over the phone - always clear and quick to respond for both the quote and the job. John came out and provided a fair quote. John then performed the work just as he had described to me when explaining the quote. The job was done right and I was extremely satisfied. However, John's professionalism is what impressed me the most. He answered my questions about plumbing code and he was careful when working in and around my kitchen cabinets.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Responded same day, actually came within the hour. Awesome service and definitely a great find.

Can't recommend Kevin and his team enough. We just finished a major bathroom remodel and the level of service and quality of the work from these guys was outstanding. They worked with Michael's workshop who did the reconstruction and tile and such and the bathroom looks amazing. Would be my first choice for any project.
