Was really pleased that they could help me out on very short notice. They were friendly, efficient and found me a decent tire product that worked for my limited budgetary resources. A courtesy systems check also uncovered an issue that needed attention and was also resolved.

If you are in need of tire or auto service, I think it would be wise to at least get these people to price out the work that you're looking for.

Chris, Randy and the affable crew at Active Green & Ross, St. Catharines are "the dudes with the 'tude" I like. Taking care of business. My business. Work done right the first time. Fast. Affable. Affordable.

I can’t recommend Chris & his team enough! I tried this AGR based on all the great reviews and wasn’t disappointed.

I am new to car ownership/maintenance and not terribly knowledgable about cars in general), yet no one was condescending or dismissive. My questions were answered and the work was explained.

They provide you a vehicle condition report listing their findings & recommendation - but no pressure to do anything you aren’t ready for.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a shop. We were on our way to the US on Good Friday when we blew a tire. Chris happened to be at the shop and was willing to help us out despite it being a holiday. He was so kind and understanding. It would have been very easy for him to say they were closed but he saves our trip. Thank you so much, Chris!
