I've been going to this optometrist for years. He's great. Yes you need a Costco membership to get glasses. It's Costco. That's separate from the optometrist. You'll still get your prescription that you can take anywhere to get glasses. This optometrist and his secretary are both very nice and have been great with me and my daughters.
