I went to this brake masters after being quoted by the dealership an outrageous amount for brake pads and a flush so I came here I have a 2020 so the brakes had to be ordered from the warehouse and was told it wouldn’t be ready till about 4 I had no ride home and live across town so I had no choice but to sit and wait the amazing manager named Jamie gave me great customer service and told me to relax and put my feet up on the chair and he offered me water he gave me chocolate my phone ended up dying while waiting and he let me use his charger he was a really great person and made the time pass by fast he was also RUSHING the warehouse to bring the brake pads as fast as they could I would highly recommend this place 10/10 experience and this is coming from someone who has never left one review but I think Jamie really deserves it I will be coming back here again even though I live about 35 mins away and have a brake masters down the street
