I had a awesome experience from start to finish. Patrick was my sales rep and he was awesome all around. I laughed 90% of the time and he helped me get what I wanted at a good price.He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. When my car arrived Michelle did a great job showing me the features on the car. Loved ringing the bell and walking the red carpet Queen was very nice. Overall I had a GREAT experience. Thanks y’all. Great time working with everyone. The staff was friendly and fun, it almost felt like they were my family that I’m just now meeting for the first time. Queen was so sweet especially with the follow up calls. Cedric was my sales man he was awesome the entire time even during the waiting process for my car to come into the dealership. Mrs. Vivian was so sweet and helpful and showed me show much about my new car. Karl in the finance department was also helpful and made sure I knew what I was paying for. Overall, the other workers were amazing in conversation and was there to help at all times. Definitely come here to get your car!!

I cannot say enough good about my experience with Calavan KIA! Patrick was such a huge help and I would recommend to anyone and everyone to go purchase from him! Patrick was so kind in walking me through my first car purchase and stayed through the whole process making sure all my questions were answered! Best car experience ever. Eddie was amazing and such a great help. I came just wanting to test drive at the most, and ended up leaving with the car in 4 hours. It was honestly the easiest car purchase I’ve ever heard of. The financing team worked hard to get me the best deal and the accounting team was sweet. I highly recommend this place, and that’s coming from someone who is easily intimidated by a car salesperson. Thanks y’all!
