Heather was awesome!! She helped us book an all inclusive trip to Cancun for five people, including transportation to and from the airport. Everything was so smooth and efficient. When the van to pick us up from the hotel and take us to the airport was over 30 minutes late, I called Heather for guidance, and she stepped out of her daughters volleyball game and handled the situation for us. My family will be using Bliss Travel Service for all our big trips. Can't recommend them (or Heather) enough!

I did not know where to go to look for a travel agent so googled it .
Came back with many recommendations and sent information to several. Bliss was the most responsive of those i tried . Heather was very much in tune with our needs . Even with the time change she was on top of all of my questions. Due to her knowledge and expertise we had the vacation we were looking for in Cancun. We will use Bliss and Heather with any future travel plans we may have.

Heather Fukuchi was so helpful to work with while planning my trip to Cancun. I was part of a wedding group which stayed at Palace Resorts. Heather helped with all our bookings and made sure all our transportation from the airport was scheduled upon our arrival. She was amazing at explaining the process, ensuring we had the best flight options and lowest cost at the resort. WE also received helpful emails along the way (about prepping for international travel, packing, etc.). I'd definitely recommend using Bliss Tavel for more complicated travel plans.
