She was unbelievably quick to respond, and you need someone like that especially in this crazy housing market when houses go into contract after being listed for a day. The house hunt was very difficult for us as we were from out of state but everything went very smoothly because of Libby. My main concern was the school system, the neighborhoods and of course finding the right house. She is a native to the area and knew the schools so she was able to guide me through the entire search process. Kathy was awesome too, she made sure I had all my paperwork completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Libby and Kathy if you are in the market hunting for the perfect house!
