They were very helpful, polite and professional. I will be using them again in the future if the need arises.

This was the only store that I could find local to me that actually sells the parts I needed to pickup same day. James was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He has knowledge of the appliance repair business, repair tips, and contacts for good repair companies. I will definitely be back, and will be recommending anyone I know to his shop!
