I run dispatch for Northwest Roadrunner LLP. We booked a load from California to Washington. From the first phone call thru contracts to the last report that the load was delivered, James Franz was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is professional, easy going and truly grateful for the work and time that these truckers put behind the wheel. He is able to bring a sense of humor to work and is able to make others day better. When he says he is going to do something or send you paperwork, it is to you in under ten minutes. The communication between Giltner and myself was unmatched with any other company we have hauled for. We will be looking forward to hauling for them again.

This place helped my company restack a whole truck load of beer we were delivering here locally in sparks... it was last minute, I had 4 hours until my delivery was due I had no other options. I reached out to Chad and he got me in right away had me off loaded and restacked in 3 hours... made my delivery and all was well! Very professional and I would recommended them to anyone!!!!
